What is SSC CGL Examination?

The SSC CGL (Combined Graduate Level Examination) is an exam held by the Staff Selection Commission to hire people for Group B and C jobs in different government ministries and departments of the Government of India.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Applicants should be between 20 and 32 years old (age limit may vary by position).
  • Age relaxation is applicable: OBC 3 years, SC/ST 5 Years and PwD 10 years.
  • The application fee is ₹100 for General and OBC candidates, but women and candidates from SC/ST/PwD categories don’t have to pay.
